Answer:
the more hydrated you are the better your short term memory.
8oz 8 times a day.
most people are dehydrated, coffee and soda are not substitutes for water.
water will also help flush your system of impurities
and if you are a big soda drinker,
if you substitute it with water, you could actually lose weight.
soda has 30g of sugar for every 8oz.
but if you plan on taking vitamins, try to stick to a multivitatmin
vitamins affect your body and if they are in the wrong balance can CAUSE problems instead of helping.
take b-complex to help with mood, and energy
Try Ginkgo Biloba, Fish Oil (4/day)& Flaxseed Oil.
the one i know is jin sing
I take one for my memory but I forgot what the name of it.
A vitamin complex is better. It should have lechitin (it's extacted from soya and it really works), ginko biloba, but also vitamins - B6, B12, magnesium, phosphorus.
B complex is essential
ginkgo biloba
gotu kola
lecithin
While I was in college I couldnt remember hardly anything. A friend of mine told me about st. johns wort. The name sounds horrible, but I started taking it and it seemed to really make me more focused to were I could remember things. It was also a natural mood elevator and seemed to make me much more mentally sharper.
