I don't know what's going on.

last week I tripped over a brick

I can't count and read.

why do I become that?

I lost my memory.

and I forget anything taught from school .

Now I am just like kid.

what can I do? should I go to school again?

or take some medicine?

You should stop wasting your time on the computer and go at once to the nearest Emergency Department. It sounds as though you have sustained a major concussion or possibly worse. Your story is a little far fetched; however, it's not up to me do make that decision for I'm not the one doing the examination.
