Over the years, I have had deja vu so much, been able to know how people are feeling without them telling me and predicting events before they happened, knowing when people are behind me..I dont tell many people this but..turning on and off street lamps at will.....

No because what we are being told in the psychic part of our minds comes from the actual presence of our Creator Himself who teaches and shares by virtue of His Presence, and it it is not self generated then that answer comes about by virtuef the Creator's presence considering the fact that Our Creator is EVERYWHERE on the planet Earth, (nevermind outside of it!).
It is easy to shut off the information from the Creator's presence--it is shut off because of unbelief, and because we have put a barrier between ourselves and All Light. How? Not practicing our highest light, and unbelief in the everpresent Creator.
