Parents not giving their children MMR have watched their children suffer from measles.

The causes of autism are largely unknown although there appears to be a significant genetic component. Get your child vaccinated. She or he may have a mild reaction against it, but it won't make them autistic. They are either autistic or they aren't. But they are NOT immume to measles from birth.
