No. I'm sure you (or whomever it you know with schizophrenia) that the disease will tell you that you don't need medications. It's the disease----not reality. In reality you have to take the medication. Don't take it and you will end up hospitalized very quickly.

their are plenty of people right now who suffer from this right now who dont have the means to go too the doctor or take the medication so yes but their quality of life is severely compromised
absolutely not, in any illness you need to take medications to succeed. Depression is the only one that I know of that possibly might work.
