Yes, do a course on it, or teach yourself to make associations, as vivid and outrageous or ridiculous as you can, so they will stick in your mind. Make notes, rewrite in different words later, review in 1 week, 1 month, several months. Make a tape recording and replay it often, and as you drift off to sleep. Really want to remember very much!
