I was right to the point of saying goodbye. The moment was interupted by a noise from a hurting animal. I could not stand the thought that something was suffering and I went to help it (before I ended it all for myself). I probably angered someone by interviening and helping the poor pony but it felt good to do something for another being. I saved the hurting animal and gave it a night of good food and comfort.

As I went back to what I had been doing God spoke to me and told me He had something better for me. I ask God to show me His plan. He started with His Son. Once we were introduced and I knew They had a plan for me I chose to go along (at least for the time, I figured I could always change my mind) That was over 40 yrs ago.

Dispression happens mostly because of lack of love and many other reasons. Any number of counselors when you visit them you know they are counselors and that they are doing it as a job. They don;t love you.

I will tell you my friend only way to get out of dipression is being to lead a nice social life. Talk to people.

Good friends will take care of your emotions.

Again we are humans and we have brains. Dipression is like a invisible handcuff. If you have the will you can break it. Its tough but you will break it with your will.
