Has anyone ever said you have a Personality Disorder or Factitious Disorder? You might be your own worst enemy.

Take into consideration why you feel this way. Is it self-esteem issues? Does it have anything to do with your past? Does this involve self-fulfillment or lack thereof? Does this have to do with family, friends, or someone close to you?

Once you find out the source of the problem, you should be able to find a way to fix it. And the first thing you have to do is to be honest to yourself.

Understanding why you feel this way will help you understand yourself. Do you see nothing in life worth living for? Love? Money? Adventure?

Give yourself a chance to live. And by this I mean going out there and see the world. Volunteer in organizations, travel across the world, meet people, study a foreign language abroad, learn something new, find an answer. One thing you have to learn right now is love of one's self. And this only happens by going through experiences. Experiences make who you are. Perhaps you have not stepped out of the comfort zone very much.

Love who you are. You can do this well if you know yourself well. Once you have learned to love yourself, you will be an entirely different person. The difference will shine through.
