On another note, I would suggest you look for a different job. I'm not sure what your situation is, but an unhealthy work environment is NEVER a good thing, especially when you spend so much time, there, you know? There are ALWAYS jobs out there, and you should never feel guilty about leaving an overly-stressful work environment. I did that recently and have never felt better about my life.
Good luck, and talk to your doctor.
A financial planner can really help to reduce some of the stress. They can help consolidate your bills, etc.
First of all, Stop wasting you time and energy on this site looking for answers. You'll NEVER get the paperwork done. Secondly, lose the "victim attitude"
I've been treated as manic-depressive so I feel I'm qualified to tell you to WAKE UP-GROW UP and get down to taking care of business.....NOW!
Good GOD, woman! Get a grip. Medication is not going to cure your problems. Besides you are taking WAY too much Ativan. Taking that much will make you worse.
Get some therapy/counseling. You need to learn how to not react so badly to everything in your life.
Sweetie, you need to try and find something besides medication to relieve some of your stress. With all that is going on I think anyone would feel the way you do. I have been there myself. Try and pray or meditate. Trust in God that things will not and can not stay this way. I do not think you are bi-polar - you are a product of todays stress.
oh my god, i almost start crying while i was reading your question. i used to have depression and anxiety and other problems that i don't feel like i wanna write here, you're in a very delicate situation and my best advice for you is to visit a doctor inmediatly. take care and if you want somebody to talk about all this and who'll really understand you write to my e-mail adress: sandyfeliz@yahoo.com
you are searching for help, which is obviously a sign that you're not nearly as weak as you're given yourself over to be.
