I wish you peace and comfort during this difficult time.
Nothing wrong with crying over a loved one. Cry as much as you want, you've lost someone very dear to you.
Yes, to cry is an emotional release which you need right now. It would not hurt to talk about this death with a minister a counselor or even your family Dr. You are on the right path to mourning the death. By all means work out your feelings!
Crying is the most natural and healthiest thing to do...cry as much as you need because its extremely healthy...don't keep your feelings bottled up and don't worry about what others think....Everyone should understand that you are mourning someone and I am so sorry for your loss. I will pray for comfort for you and your family. It will take a while but you will start feeling better.
Crying is a way your body releases, toxins that can cause depression when in a tramatic experience or for any kind of experience. Crying will actually help to relieve some of the depression and morning feelings. It is ok to cry, so cry your eyes out and eventually sweetie you'll feel a lot better.
cryin is just the mental expression that is expressed to outside world. If you dont cry even though you are sad, it will make you feel sick and whenever you will be sorrow in future, the feeling will make you sick from inside.
it is ok to cry it is just your feelings you should cry cuz crying would help you let out your bad feelings and you woul feel alot more better
hell girl, let it go.....open the damn, let the water flow! If it makes you feel better and begin to heal, go for it. Don't worry about what anyone else thinks....you'll never be able to satisfy everyone...I cry all the time, a few times a week, it makes me feel better. Sometimes ya just have to let your emotions run wild!
Most definately. Dont bottle it up, youll explode. Crying just means your more sensitive than the rest of this cruel world. Basically you care more.
well,is ok to cry...if u cry,u will surely feel much better right?u cant always hide ur pain and emotion in ur heart or else u wont feel better.. :)
I cry alot too. I can't help it but cry. Its not sumthing that I can control nor is it sumthing that I do in public. It just hurts too much and the heart is in so much pain, ofcourse its not healthy, but somethings are beyond my control. Try to talk with people you trust who would care for your feelings and would offer emotional support. Hopefully, little by little, recovery will be in progress.
Of Course it's O.K. Show your feelings and be glad you have them..There is alot of cold people out there that don't show there emotions and let them out and they are the ones I would be scared of..I really hope you let them out and not ever keep them inside it's not good to be depressed...Good luck
of course it is------everyone handles things in a different way--so what works best for you may not be for another.
if somebody died it is just part of life and you can't really control that. my advice to you is just tell someone how you feel but dont start crying try your best to not cry even though it is hard.
yes if helps to clear your mind. if it goes on for long perods. fid a good doctor or mental health pro.
It is OK to cry because everyone has a loved one that they really love and if you keep it bottled up, you are just destroying yourself. Crying too much for them is the problem because you should know that they are in a better place now. Would you rather have your loved one be suffering on earth, or live a happier life in heaven where there is no suffering. You can also produce wrinkles if you cry too much. You sometimes just have to let them go and enjoy your life because that person who died would want you to live a happy life while you have it. That person wouldn't want to see you cry. Just think about that. No matter what, they are always there beside you, guiding you throughout your life.
Oh yea! You can mourn as long as you want! Escpecially if its in your family. Thats always ok to cry.
Yes, its perfectly OK. If you didn't cry much thats when I'd be wondering what was wrong. Yours is the healthier way.
If you don't cry - you are not dispersing something in your blood stream called noradrenaline, which our bodies release when we are stress - not only is it correct that you cry - but more healthy too - for if your body doesn't dispose of this chemical it can be poisonous !
