Don't let your depression get the best of you. If you're feeling extremely depressed, talk to somebody. Friends and family are great shoulders to lean on, and if you must, try a counselor.
Good luck and best wishes.
You need to move on....really....you aren't doing yourself any favors.
You're grieving a loss....just as if someone dear to you died. People typically go through four stages of grief: denial, bargaining, anger, and finally acceptance.
It may take weeks or months for you to recover but you will. Talk to a counselor or someone you trust. Keep active and eat healthy. Don't drink alcohol or use drugs to lessen the pain. See your doctor if you have severe feelings of depression.
yes!!!
This is normal but perhaps you being there for her help a lots with her depression. Perhaps this why you feel the way you do becuase you are a great asset to her healing.
its ok to be depressed but don,t stay there to long this is just a throught but maybe you should be more then friends if she makes you feel better when you are with her.
Hey, I felt the same way when me and my boyfriend broke up, it is normal, but at the same time it's not. If you nedd to go to a counsler or a best friend who understands. This helped me and i got better after a while.........so see if it works for you!
if she says it feels weird, then she is kinda uncomfortable with it too. you need to move on. you probably arent going to take it well when your hanging out and she meets someone else, so do yourself a favor, and cut the ties.
