Is it my fault when my medication is ruining my mood
This could be a problem or it could just be a vitamin deficiency (probably B vitamins, calcium or or Iron?) But you have to get checked to know for sure!
But the only way to be sure so that you don't overload on something you don't need, especially hormones... is to have blood work done and check.
Most doctors are idiots and will do anything that seems rational without proper testing and give you what they deem sufficient just by how things appear...
Have your blood taken and analyzed by a professional who knows what he is doing... Not some random guess jockey who will use you as a guinea pig until he hits the nail on the head. I swear sometimes they get off on tiral and error expirements...
and lose the xanax... unless you want an addiction on top of everything else?
I am grateful for your question as it helps me to question the following...why do we believe authorians like doctors and maybe "God鈥檚....employers, parents, etc...? Why can we not listen to the inner voice in us, that what says this feels good and this does not...why do we not go with our own conscience? Why putting our fate in other people鈥檚 hands. I remember many patients in the emergency department saying I did everything what the doctor told me and 鈥?I am only getting worse鈥r It started when I took mention any medication for example I remember the lady who started to take provera after her hysterectomy. Then she gained weight, her thyroid went out of balance and she ended up with two knee replacements and heart problems 16 years later鈥?There are many of these stories and I find them painful. The answers seem learn to listen to your inner decision maker鈥all it God..
