Is there anyone that you can talk to honestly about your feelings? Or will you just scare them?

Take care of yourself. Have to been to talk therapy in a while? Sometimes I think it helps to have an objective person to talk to.

People can be over bearing- you are not imagining that.The key to dealing with people like that is for you to teach yourself to emotionally detach.Its a trick I learned,it takes time but you can do it.When you find yourself feeling uncomfortable with what someone is saying,realize you dont have t do it,nor do you need to feel anything more than just that you dont want to do it.Period.End of discussion,change the topic,leave,eat a Popsicle whatever.
