On the other hand if you cry most of the time then it can be due to the depression and you need to see and doctor and have it treated.
It's healthy to cry. It releases endorphins in your body and helps you feel better for a while. When I'm trying to avoid crying I sometimes journal or go for a really long walk or distract myself with music or something.

Crying is normal, healthy & good. If it continues for a long time sure its a concern, but its better to express than to bottle emotions.
