I have been on it several months but have been having stomach problems the past week not sure if it is caused by zonegran

I'm a nurse. Discontinue the medication and get something else. This isn't a good thing you speak of. Always do what is best for you, and being comfortable is it. Take care and all the best.
I took Zonegran for seizures and for migraines. I found that while I was on it I had more seizures, different types of them and my headaches actually occured more often while on it. I also suffered weight loss, hair loss and gum problems. I suggest not taking Zonegran or Topamax for migraines. See if you could possibly use something like Zomig. I use it for my migraines and it works pretty good. BTW side effects can occur at any time while using these meds....
