Hey, let me tell you this, if you have the energy and time to be on the computer to do this, then you are better than I was. It is a gift to wake up every morning and see the sun shine no matter what it bothers me, because I know I woke up this morning. It's a blessing. No, I am not a church preacher, just got grateful. Lots of trials and tribulations. They all sucked, and still do, but I have to be the bigger person, no matter what the future holds for me.
I've quit many jobs because the anxiety was making me psysically sick to my stomach to even walk in the place.
It's a huge problem, hard for people to understand. wouldnt wish is on anyone, If you haven't talked to a professional about it, you need to. You can't keep living like this.
Buspar is a good med for that.
