A disorder my butt. He is taking out his frustrations on others over problems in his life. He needs to become part of society and stop controlling others. Below is a medical description. You noted that he is getting upset over specific situations that occur and not random things. More than likely, this guy is pissed at life because of something or many things that have gone wrong in his life in the past or things that he wants to occur and can't control. Suggestion, counseling to find out what the route problems are.
