My advice - don't try to control it on your own. Seek medical attention and don't give up. Establish a support network that is there ANYTIME they are needed - night or day. The fact that you recognize signs of the disease is awesome. We learned that most do not until it is to late. Also remember - IT IS A DISEASE!! You are not nuts and it is not your fault - you did nothing wrong. It is because of a chemical imbalance in your body that these symptoms occur. We found out diet, medication, sleep patterns and basic habits can all affect the ability of a person to function "normal-without anxiety attacks". Of course, I don't know what "normal" is in this world anymore.

God bless.

just stay home alone and write for awhile until you feel better i suffer the same and writing helps me
I'm NOT an expert but I suffer from a similar condition and it sounds like social anxiety to me. There are many websites online that explain the condition (which unfournatley I can't think of off the top of my head) so it will make it more clear to you, but more importantly there is help available to lessen your problem. A doctor can put you on a low dosage of medication to make your problem manageable and a therapist can teach you exercises to help you deal with the anxiety. This can be crippling and affect your entire life. Please don't let it consume you and get some help. Good luck!
I will pray for you.
