A counsellor, Doctor are trained to help you and will not sit in judgement. From my experience when people deliberately 'hurt' themselves as you are it is because physical pain is easier to deal with than emotional pain. If we have a physical injury it can be seen and we can understand why we feel the pain and why it hurts. When it is inside of us only we know the pain and how much it hurts.
Seek help now so you can work through this pain and heal yourself. Remember you are special and uniquely you, you have friends who you have shown to have respect for which in turn means you respect yourself.
You need to take the very best care of you in the same way you would a friend who was having troubles.
Please find help, best wishes to you.
when i was in high school my best friend was very depressed and started cutting. he finally turned to me when he thought that it was going too far, and despite my initial shock i understood and we got him the help he needed. so if you have a best friend who loves you and understands you then i would tell him/her first. they can be supportive and help you get the care you need. but if you're too scared to tell a friend then perhaps your school counselor can help. they'll keep it confidential and help you find the right person or people to get you back on the right track. i feel really bad that you are going through this but the most important thing to do is to tell someone really anyone that you think you can trust so you can get help. good luck
