okay i am a type of person taht doesnt worri abut things and i wuldnt do anything im not supposed to do but lately i have been doing a lot of things ppl wuldnt think i wuld do and some of these things arent that great but it has to do with my life and i dont know how to deal with it without talking to my rents or a friend with them out flipping but i for sure need help but i want help that i can do and not let ppl know that i am doing wut i am is this possible to get help with something without welling ur rents or friends........? if so i need to know how cuz wut i am doing needs to stop before i hurt myself way to much...............

First of all, learn how to spell. Now you need a psychologist to figure out what is going on. You need help thru a Dr. You need medication. Looking at your writing tells me you are very young. Tell your parents or talk to a school counselor, they can intervene and get you the help you need. Meanwhile, I will pray for you. God bless, take CARE!


All i can say is you need to tell someone, whether it be a close friend or a trustworthy adult. Hurting yourself isn't making you solve any problems with your life, or making you feel better, so why put yourself through pain. You can stop. Get some help hun.

You need to have somebody to talk to. Maybe you could talk to a therapist or counselor and that might help. It was helpful to me just to have somebody who you know will keep all your secrets and someone who it's okay to cry in front of. If you attend a church maybe you could talk to someone there (i.e. a pastor, church counselor, just someone else who attends). The sooner you stop hurting yourself the better because the longer you do it, the harder it is to stop. There are also many support groups on yahoo that might be helpful to you and you would be able to talk to people dealing with the same stuff as you and get support that way.
you are the only one that can help yourself, no one can help you if you don't want to let people know what they are suppose to help you with, if they are your friends they will help you with out question, but i think you need to seek medical help
Okay you are obviously trying to deal with an overwhelming situation, feeling. You do need to go and see a professional person and I commend you for recognising that what is happening for you is too much to share with friends.
