I too have become lazy just because I was not given due merrit in the society for my hard life saving inventuons.

Have you been to a doctor?

I think your problem might be more physical than just discipline, lifestyle related or just laziness. Are you sure you are eating well? Getting enough calories, enough nutrition.... enough vitamins, minerals, protein...? I bet that might be a reason you look tired, sleep a lot and don't have energy. Because you don't have energy, actually accomplishing stuff takes a lot more effort than it does for everybody else...

Start by taking more care of yourself. Make your health your number 1 priority and get your health back on track. Go to a doctor and get a health check up if you haven't already.

If you start now, it might take a couple of years to find the "exact" cause of your problem. For example, like Carl P mentioned you might have food allergies. It takes a lot of time to find the actual problem...

Well if you really want help with this then you will seek it. You need to go to a doctor and see why you are so tired, have some test ran, then for the mental part, well make an appointment for an intake, and go in and tell them everything you are telling us, and be very truthful, otherwise it will not help you much, you have to want to do this, and then, go and talk to them, and you will start getting out more, and things should change for the better.
Ask your doctor for provigil. Narcoleptics use this to keep them from falling asleep also. I was suffering from the same thing and was put on provigil. It's great!
