Im very lazy, i sleep most of the time and look tired and void of energy,
...Stop giving yourself excuses, like "I am too lazy". Dont let your laziness be your way out of doing everything you might want to do. Try taking some responsibility for your actions/in-actions.
sounds like you need to re-evaluate your food and exercise plan. With certain diets you will lose energy and be tire all the time. Exercise like simple walking will stimulate the brain and body, with a proper diet this to will boast the system.
It is possible if you are eating a balanced meal that you may have food allergys, these can cause a varitey of problems including being tired all the time.
I recommend you check your diet with your doctor and start a mild exercise routine. Build up over the next few months and see how it goes.
You just have to DO it if you really want to Do it.....dont wait for your body to become sick from all those laziness...you could suffer from more health problems in the long run.....Begin your task and stick to it.

Hi, where has your motivation gone, are you lonely, you said you get bored easily, many of us do. The difference is that most people accept their lot in life and get on with it. Write down the night before EVERYTHING you want to do the next day, down to washing clothes, get out of bed in the morning no matter how hard it may be, get in the shower, look at what you need to do and get on with it! Might sound harsh, I don't mean to be, but if anyone knew the real struggles I am having they would not believe it, but I still get up and get on with it, so if I can do it so can you. But this is about you, take each day as a blessing. Anyone you pass in the street try giving them a smile or say good morning you might just make their day. I know people are going to say you have the classic symptoms of depression, easy fixed, go and visit your doctor, he can help you.
It is all your mind set. I have seen several people who came up in their life are very hard workers. I am sure you will get suitable reward for your tireless hard work one day or other day.Try to engage your self gradually to more time of work and less time of sleep. Nothing wrong if you are a retired man. At least you can keep your health fit for your day to day work.
