wen i see an active and extroverted people i quite love to be like them, i set a gaol in my mind b4 going to bed that wen i wake up 2moro i want to start my day with exercises, wash my clothes and schedule work on that particular time and go to office on a punctual time but im not at all able to follow each of these coz i sleep most of the time so guys plss tell me how to follow these instruction form my mind and become a winner plus i get bored very easily plss help me out with ur valuable thoughts

You lack motivation. That's all. Keep reflecting on your desire to do better. That is an EXCELLENT first step. Keep it up. You can do it!
You may be suffering from some kind of depression and may not realize it. You need to push yourself...I know the bed looks tempting, but turn away from it and MAKE yourself do something...start with something simple, so you don't overdo yourself and get super-tired. Also, check with the Dr...there are some diseases (other than depression) that can cause fatigue. You didn't mention if you were a a guy or girl...but look into Fibromyalgia, too.
you should try sleeping earlier than usual. if you sleep well before 12am, and you wake up earlier, you experience a more restful sleep than when you don't.

you can also try taking vitamins before you sleep. vitamins help in rejuvinating your body and giving you more energy for the next day.
