Im very happy these days anyone out there happy
my life isnt perfect, and i wont go into details about what i've been thru and survived. i'm no hero, most of the crap i endured, i actually put myself into. but in all my life i've never been happy. and in the past two years no matter who tries to get my goat. i'm so happy! yes i'm on meds, but it's zoloft. it's not some hard core anti psychotic....just a med that keeps my wiring connected. other than that is there anyone out there who is happy? truly happy!?
Answer:I'm finally happy, after about four years of toying with medication and therapy. I just don't know what to do with myself now. XD

i have had a hard life..kinda. my dad died when i was 9. its been rly hard to get over. im 17now and doing great =)

One thing that I have learned is that you cannot depend on someone else to make you happy. You have to make yourself happy. And I am truly happy. I'm surrounded by friends and have many interests and live in beautiful surroundings. I have a roof over my head and plenty to eat and enough money to pay my bills. Look around you and see what beauty there is in this world.
Apathetic, often content enough but certainly not depressed or happy with an exclaimation mark. Interesting, someone who claims the meds worked for them! Personally, I've come to the realisation that for me, my mood doesn't matter. Emotions? Entirely different from mood and do deserve a reasonable level of attention.
I am truly happy at and with the moment.
I was reading how cocaine makes you euphoric. Sigmund Freud called it a "magic drug." But I do not take any drugs but feel euphoric (extremely happy). Site below tells about it and latest research by psychologists about it.
