Im unmotivated, what can I do

This is why support groups, united communities, and professional counsellings, whether religious, or secular in name, are so very successful. It is possible, if you study yourself, and find the necessity of living to your ideals, a real and attainable goal, to develop these joys for your ability to regard everyone in all circumstances as the recipients of this universal relationship. If you should have any doubts of this within yourself, then heed the suggestion of others here, and find friends, a group, or professional, to aid you until you discover your own assurances.

God bless.

i am sorry to hear that, we always support you from here,

so sorry my message cannot help you

God Bless You

So sorry to hear about your parents. I lost my dad when I was 10 and my mom when I was 19. It is a hard road for sure. It is great that you are seeing a counselor; I would consider trying the anti depressant lexapro. I tried it after my best friend passed away a few years ago and it helped me cope. I still felt like me and was able to grieve, but it pushed me up a bit and helped me live my life. Hang in there, little by little time goes by and your pain will ease. Don't be too hard on yourself, you have been through a lot. Take care.
You're not "unmotivated", you're stressed out by the life you live and the problems that have surfaced. Find time to enjoy life once more: take a break from all those stressful activities you do everyday and br free, wild, spirited, and full of life. Appreciate the beauty of everything around you, and bite into the bright side.
