if money was not an object what would you want to do for fun?

do you have a list of what you like and what you don't like? Try making one...

if you smoke weed stop it takes your ambition to do anything and tosses it out the door! you can start back up when your not so depressed! I will say weed don't make you depressed but it can keep you there.

mainly the depress thing is a mind set! and mindsets are hard to change! so don't be to hard on yourself find out what you want what moves you and GO FOR IT.. oh yeah don't tell ANYONE your biggest dream/desire/goal someone may say oh that's not possiable and that's negitive!

anything can happend! maybe once you get going on working to that goal a large hand out will come your way and it could be your dream! but you have got to work for it!

a friend of mine told me to make a todo list daily with no more then 5 items on it! give that a shot too!

coping.org helped me a ton....

43things.com helped me organzied and set up mini goals for self fun and professional!

Over all if you don't have goals you feel this way at least i did and the weird part of it was i thought i had goals! so if your like me and you are saying to your self I already have goals then write them down and ask yourself why you haven't gotten to your goals what is stopping you and if your not working on them are they truely what you want?

it's a long hard road your going to go down! You will cry you will want to die you will want to go back to being depressed because it was the easy way to life! but once you over come that you will be soooo happy trust me! and then you will see that depression is a choice i don't care what doctors say it is a choice! your feelings are the ONLY THING IN THIS WORLD YOU CAN CONTROL!
