Im tried of felling bad all the time
I would recommend augmenting your med treatment with some cognitive/behavioural therapy. At the very least, people need to vent how they are feeling, feel understood, and have an action plan regarding what can be done about any problems they might have. I don't know anyone whose problems and feelings can just *poof* go away by introducing a drug. Really.
If you have someone to talk to you, use that resource. If you feel an objective, third-party would better serve your needs, see a counsellor. Ask your doc about who you can see and choose one that will best suit your needs, as you see it.
It's not a weakness to ask for help. EVERYONE needs help at some point in their lives. We ALL feel and we are all equiped with sadness and despair.

Can i ask you what are you goals? what are your short term goals? what are your long term goals?
if your goals don't move you to get out of bed then try making goals that will!

Think really big the sky is the limit -- What do you want out of life? What are you expecting to happen? are you still waiting for a hand out to make that happen? did you know hand outs come to those who don't need them!!! :) I swear it!
