you can do it. i believe in you. go spend some quality time with friends. listen to some music (i reccomend nine inch nails if that wasn't obvious). often times when i'm down, i like to listen to a really depressing song a few times. i noticed that after i hear it a few times, i get tired of it and want to hear something a little more lively. something you could mosh to, lol. then, when i hear the 2nd song, my spirits lift because i want to "get into it". lol.

or you could go hiking or sumthin and try to get away from everyone. scream real loud! let the bad feelings out, and they'll go away. these are some things I do. hope this helps.


You know you are going to get through it because you know you can. You did it today, you did it yesterday. It's just one more day and you already know how to get through that.

What you need to do is get help. A therapist or psychologist can help you to know that you will be able to get through all the days to come. He or she will be able to help you to actually want to get through these days and, even, look forward to them.

You are asking for help so you know you want help and that you want to live. It's hard, I know, I know more than anyone ever should have to. But we can and do get past it. It has taken you your entire life to get to this point of pain. That's a long time, a lot of work, and a lot of suffering. Therapy isn't easy, you do have to work at it. It takes time, as well. But it is no where near as difficult as what you have already survived and it won't take anywhere near as much time. The benefit is amazing and worth every bit of it.
