Father in Jesus name we thank you for this day.
Thank you for allowing us to wake up this morning.
We love you and thank you for loving us so much that you gave your only son for us.
Now I am asking you to touch this dear person.
Heal them in all aspects of life.
Take this depression away for we know that only good things come from you and this is not good. So we thank you now that you are freeing them. in Jesus name amen.

Does it help your mood at all if you're with friends? Surely, you have some friends. Just hang out with them and see what mood it puts you in.
try a therapist or even meds
