I gained a hundred pounds from these medications. I lost my hair. I lost my job and girlfriend.
I have been off these meds for six years and I am back to normal after years of living hell.

DO NOT be fooled by these people. They want to say that EVERYTHING is a disorder.
Expect to be advised to take meds from the psychiatries. Just be careful. Do some research of your own before you take them. I've had some bad reactions, but they were typically rare reactions from what I gather. I only take Lithium now and haven't had a problem. Evens me out. Not as depressed and I don't get my 'highs'. Kind of miss the high and the productivity but my wallet doesn't. People's responses to meds are all different. Just be aware of what is going on with your body and mind. Sounds like you're pretty much in tune already. I wasn't. That's why my reaction got so bad. Just stay aware.
