Or, better yet, take a motion sickness tablet, like Gravol!!! Just give yourself enough time for it to wear off again. (9 hours before you have to get up, take ONE.)

I usually suffer from this problem when I have exams and I 've tried many means myself and finally the only thing that really works is that i close my eyes,sleep in a comfort way and start imagining a way of drawing.for example,imagine a huge square,with another inside, and another inside till i really sleep may not more than 5 minutes.but that the main square or any other shape is really huge that u have time to sleep.
and i don't agree that 6 hours r enough because even those who sleep 3 hours r doing nothing but destroying their nervous system.
