Listen to something fun (Not Emo!) and dance around your house in your underwear like a crazy person!

Eat a big ole piece of chocolate cake, have a glass of red wine and watch something funny on tv. - works for me, I usually watch The Osbournes to cheer me up!

Do you have a boyfriend? Boyfriends keep you more motivated! And if you don't have one! Write all your feelings on paper and draw a picture of what id bothering you! And write all over it! After that you'll feel way better! Or tell all your feelings to a close friend that will listen to you instead of saying "god! your crazy".
get out of the house and do something. come up with a goal and do it - go to a museum and get your self lunch. just do something. even if its find cherry garcia frozen yogurt or buy new curtains for the dining room ;)
well exercise, or do something you enjoy, find something to distract your mind with. I am emo, most of the time. I distract myself by baking or cooking. i do the exercise when i don't know how much time i have before i have to myself. Find something good to do, and get your mind off of whatever is making you emo. Good luck, and know that this is normal.
well dont try anything bad! that wont get you anywhere. dont think of what bad you could do to yourself or others. it would be pointless! Listen to good music and stay positive!
emo is a style of music and you can't 'feel' emo. if you're feeling down do something you like. music, excercise, friends can all be good for this. contrary to what some people have said, if you want to become "emo" then do it but don't be a poser. if 'emo' is how you express yourself then you should express yourself. it doesn't sound like that was what you were asking but i thought i'd throw it in there.
