- Get good sleep to clear your thinking. Buy from pharmacy a supplement called melantonin. No need for doctor prescription. It induces sleep so take it half hour before bed time.

- If you are seeing things, you could drink ginger tea. Take star fruits. When you are free, make your own ginger drink (pound a few pieces of red ginger with 1-2 slice of white ginger. Then pour hot water over the ginger. About 1 glass. Filter off the ginger and drink while warm. Remember to stir.). You can wrap the leftover from the ginger drink in a cloth and leave it next to your bed. The smell will ward off evil spirits.

Bush shouldn't have sent you ther in the first place!

As far as I'm concerned, he has caused millions of people to experience mental health issues and increased anxiety across the globe.

You need to get out of there and get help fast. Look after yourself, nobody else will!

It sounds like you maybe suffering from depression or depending just how bad the things you have seen even post traumatic stress disorder. I am not sure where you stand with military doctors, but i cant see you necessarily needing to check in to a facility. But go and see your doctor as soon as possible, as starting on some antidepressant medication should help, but also talking to someone about how you are feeling will help even more. The symptoms you mention are classic signs of depression, and over 1 in 3 people suffer from it, dont be embarrassed, but try and get some help. Take care.
