Im dating a heroin addict i need help
The first answer has a point, too....
you wish he would it wont happen and you cant do it for him look on uncommonforum.com for the amount of people thinking they can get the partner clean it just doesnt work
GET OUT NOW!!!!
I know you love him but unless he is ready to quit there is absolutely nothing you can do to make him. You are your #1 priority, not him. You need to do what's best for you. That means leaving ASAP. The situation is just going to get worse and worse.
I do wish he sobers up, but don't bet the farm on it. Addicts too many times return to their old ways and habits.

And even though the first responder said it kinda harshly, (s)he's right. If he's using a needle you need to get yourself tested for HIV. Like I said, you need to look out for you!!
I wish YOU luck.
say stop taking any drugs unless the doctor prescribes it or leave him or her for good and try to nevrr see them again
He can get clean, but it's going to take alot more than you think.
Heroin is very very very addictive.
Make him choose, the drugs or you.
If he does keep using, leave him. You are better off without a drug addict in your life. They ruin your financial and emotional state.
It's no good, there's plenty of men out there.
But if you love him, help him. Unless the situation becomes hopeless.
Get out of there for your own good. If he wants to give up he will but you have to think about yourself.....leave.
hrmm..was it willy borroughs that said......"once a junkie..always a junkie". doesn't matter...who said it. but from life experince it seems to be true. they'll get clean and then outta the blue...bam back on the junk.
Back off keep your distance it could be you in a few months time starting on weed and then gradually falling deeper into this terrible existence
dont do it
you still love him?
