i always get stressed and when people talk to me i just want to hit them right around the face... is there any help???
Answer:try herbs they help relax
? like anyone? Even if they are asking u about the time, or specific people? Gosh you cant get through life and be successful w/out people skills talk to ur doctor about some medication, perhaps u are socially anxious or depressed?
Valerian Root supplements - calm you down (over-the-counter--no prescription necessary).
Lavender aromatherapy (air freshner, candles, incense, shampoo, soap, etc.--even now in Comet, dishwasing liquid, Pine Sol and bleach) Don't use all at once, lol. Lavender relaxes you, and has helped many people.
Chamomile Tea and warm milk are each quite relaxing--also, turkey calms you down.
Get into meditation--which clears the mind.
Run/jog/walk - these activities help reduce stress
In that simple question it sounds like you could use someone to listen to YOU. Maybe you need a sounding board. Got a good friend who would just sit and hear you out? If not, Praying is a good outlet. :)

I know the feeling. It depends, if you want to hit people in the face.. here's my secret. This may stupid and silly but it works (For me!) Go to a big room. Think of a load of annoying things evreything that pisses you off start hiting pillows bring in valuable things, that you can break (Not too valuable! $5 max!) Smash them with a hammer try too start crying if posible it really helps. If you do this a couple of times when it really builds up it might help. Also go to a doctor or search online for some relaxtion treatments.
