It probably has to do with the level of your sex drive. If you're happy with the level of your sex drive, there's nothing wrong. If you aren't, it can be treated. Wet dreams aren't necessary in order to be healthy. I'd say this is unusual but not unnatural. It's much more frequent in the early teen years anyway, decreasing rapidly as you get older.
