Answer:

Take driving lessons

No-Fault car insurance, depending on state, will cover your mental health care related to the accident.

Go get some help.

There's no harm in it.

i have some advice, get over it and dont drive like a mad man. people get in car accidents, it happens good luck
Im 19, and when i was 18, I ran into a firehydrant, and i thought life was over, you just gotta hang in there, and maybe things wont be as tough as you think. Your parents may be pretty mad at you, but they jsut want the best for you, would love to hear your story...oh yeah, you better get a job, cause you have lost to pay for, at least i did, it cost over 2500 for a freaken hydrant
Warcraft III - I play it and it's like the rest of the world is a bad dream.
Well, assuming you are not hurt what you may feel more is a sense of failure. Now, perhaps it was a failure on your part if the wreck was your fault, but it would be a huge mistake to stake your self-worth on this. If it was your fault, accept it as a free opportunity (you didn't die) to become more careful and take driving seriously, because it really needs to be taken seriously rather than a "fun" thing to do. If your depression is over the loss of the car, know that a car is just a material thing and that pain will go away very quickly.
When you are down, it can be a very good idea to find things for which you can be thankful. Surviving that crash is one. Think hard; there are many reasons for you to be thankful. Then take time to pray with thanks to God, who has blessed you and spared your life, because He has a plan and purpose for your life.
Thank God you are alive and well and not some vegetable or dead. Suck it up and move on, life is a ***** sometimes, you just have to learn from your mistakes and move on. There are people in the world who don't have food, clothing, water, or shelter and you are depressed because you wrecked your car. Kind of puts things in perspective. Kind of tells you that you were meant to live, meant for great things.
Be happy that you are alive! Don't worry so much about the car, there will be plenty of cars in your future... in the meantime take some driving lessons and make sure you wear your seatbelt!!
Of course you feel depressed its a natural feeling but ,here comes my answer ....you are alive and stop dwelling on the accident your young and smart and you have your whole life a head of you and you are alive,,,, be happy ..you car can be replaced you cannot LIVE ON.....bless you kara
Wow! I know how you feel. I was only in two crashes in my life, but both were in the exact same day. The second one I was driving and I totaled my car. It was very scary and I felt embarrassed, but I also knew that God must have been watching out for me. I was so glad to get home and did not want to get in a car for a long time. I had insurance and got my money to buy another car, so that was at least one good thing I had. My friend's car --the first wreck I was in, had less damage. It must have been a full moon. I never want to experience that again. Just be glad that you are alive and don't beat yourself up so much. Accidents do happen. I hope you are feeling better soon. You can always see a counselor. My friend did because she was traumatized. Good luck and hang in there.
It will get better.Just go and hang out with a good friend.Nobody is perfect. We have to learn from our mistakes sometimes to become a better and smarter person.Take a deep breath and look around .I bet you`ll be able to see something to sooth your depression. Life does`t always seem to be fair.I know.I have asked that a lot.I just try to keep myself as busy as possible.I look around and see all to nice things.Be optimistic. You have just taken your first tough step in growing up.Take a deep breath and be strong. You can do it.Look ahead now and use your experience to proof to yourself and others, that you can do better. You are so young and i think with you asking for advice here on ByeDR.com you have already taken a very big good step.It is good to get out all these bad feelings. You are a very strong person for taking this step.I think you`ll be just fine.It will take a little while to pep yourself up completley ,but i am sure that with time you `ll be just fine and back to your owen self.
Accidents happen, don't be so hard on yourself. At least you or anyone else was hurt or killed. Think of things like this, there are other people in the world with far more pressing problems than totalling their car. You'll get over it in time. Best of luck to you.
