Lay off the drugs for starters. They make you feel worse. Find a place where you can get professional counseling -- they have sliding fee scales. You need someone to talk to.
Start reading books about how to improve yourself, like Think and Grow Rich and The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People. Also try exercising by walking half an hour a day to get you out of the house and improve your mood.

it sounds liike self pity party to me. Grow up . Take responsibility for your self and make correct decisions. you know what is right.
for starers i think you should check urself into rehab to get off the drugs so u wont stealmoney anymore in the first place. then i suggest you go on sum kind of job site and get a part time job if your stillin high school then a part time but if not get a good job that will support you and give u enough money ot pay back ur mom

Call and make an appointment with a psychiatrist. You need help getting off the drugs and your brother needs help as well. Tell him everything and he will be able to help you.
