Answer:A person could be in the very early stages & realize that they can remember things like they used to. There is also a fine line between Dimentia & Alzheimer's. The two are often misdiagnosed, as was the case with my ex m-in-law. A brain scan confirmed it was dimentia & not Alzheimer's.
