If a person is taking zoloft is there any medication out there that is safe enough to help sleep

Are there any sleep aid medications ou tthere that won't interfere with zoloft?

Answer:

i think zoloft is an antidepresint? I just started trazogan or something. It is a sleep aid and anti depressent. it is working really well so far.

I actually take Zoloft as well. I have had problems sleeping and my Psych prescribed Restirol. It doesn't interact negatively with any MOI inhibitors or anti-depressants. Restirol (like any sleeping medications) has a chance of dependency... so be careful!

Please check with your primary care physician to see if Restirol is right for you!

I take Zoloft & Wellbutrin. My doctor also gave me a few samples of Lunesta to help me sleep. It's a bit pricey, so I think I'm gonna stick to otc sleep aids. I didn't notice any reaction b/c of the Lunesta though.
hullo Zoloft is SSRI anti depressant,a benzodiazepine group like Valium or ativan may do the job,but you should first consult your psychiatrist.
