If I keep telling my psychiatrist

health advisory Hospital Mental Health 2007-11-15 19:00:54

my suicide plans will they eventually go away?

Answer:

nope

the more you dwell on them..

the more real they are going to become to you

it is like talking yourself into it... and when you get to the point you are comfortable with the idea... you will try it

I hope for your sake that you don't do it and if you do try.. that you don't succeed...

sometimes life sucks... I know it does... but the alternative is a not better... and you are putting those that love you..through so much.. you may not even know it...

even if .. at this moment....you don't care about yourself

please think about those you leave behind

suicides are something that families sometimes can not get through.... the loss is so great and depth of pain is very deep

there is a loss of understanding as to why this happens...

why someone feels so alone, so fragile, so afraid, that they choose to end their life..

it is easy to die.. to give up and walk away from a struggle..

a strugggle that sometimes .. means the difference of just one more day.. to see that things might be a bit better.. or just to see it differently .. or to find a plan that works for you to find your way back from your pain

I know the pain of suicide in my life... it has been 7 years.. there is not a day that I don't wish that I had known what was going on.. that I could have done something..

my life has forever been changed...
