But I found one doctor, an osteopath, that told me that my adrenals were very weak. The word that he used was "shot". All of my clinical depression,chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, A.D.D.symptom were because of low adrenal output brought on by a candida yeast infection in my digestive tract. And most doctors still do not diagnose hypoadrenia! All I'm saying is that your feelings are not just in your head. I had struggled in school, though I knew I wasn't dumb. I struggled in life and it only got worse until I treated the yeast and the adrenals. If you are still young, you are way ahead of the game, but it can be really hard to have hope when your energies are gone and when the hormone balance isn't even supplying enough glucose to the brain.
Don't ever give in to the temptation to "off" yourself, though I have been there. In your future there are many people that you will be able to help. It's not you, but just the way you are feeling.

swimming jogging cycling take up a martial art yeah sunlight and exercise work wonders for depression.Stick with it. Learn by your mistakes without dwelling on them. Therin lies maturity, not making the same mistakes again..Get off the games console, get off the computer, get out more and try to do something new every day. Keep a diary with a points score from 0 to 10 on your mood for that day, if something makes you feel good do it more or if someone makes you feel good see them more. Its all about the feelgood factor and you aint got it right now, but it will return.
