Wish You Were Here (Waters, Gilmour) 5:17
So, so you think you can tell
Heaven from Hell,
Blue skys from pain.
Can you tell a green field
From a cold steel rail?
A smile from a veil?
Do you think you can tell?
And did they get you to trade
Your heros for ghosts?
Hot ashes for trees?
Hot air for a cool breeze?
Cold comfort for change?
And did you exchange
A walk on part in the war
For a lead role in a cage?
How I wish, how I wish you were here.
We're just two lost souls
Swimming in a fish bowl,
Year after year,
Running over the same old ground.
What have we found?
The same old fears.
Wish you were here.

try "fairytales and castles" by Lifehouse....or "empty apartment" by Lifehouse....this helps me...and especially try anything by Panic! at the Disco...
Your note reminds me of when I was in college, many years ago, and would listen to music that seemed to touch me where my depression was. I didn't really know what clinical depression was until it began to debilitate me years later. In treatment they told me that it can affect you physically. Until then, I had never imagined that the mind and the body had such a connection. Now, many years later, and many useless doctor visits later, I have finally come to understand WHY I have been depressed, and it is totally physical, though mental and emotional. I was even on Prozac for 2 years, and was called "mentally ill".
