Where can I take my 4 year old for IQ testing in Washington State?
We believe that she may have some sensory issues that may need OT, so we would like the person doing the testing be able to address these issues.
Answer:Your neighborhood school is mandated by federal law (PL94-142) "to provide a free and appropriate public education." You just go to the principal to request evaluations by the school psychologist, OT, PT, or speech.
look into your state's regional center, who provide services to all people with disabilities, they can provide the testing or at least recommend you where to go
