I had so much on my mind I just could not even decide where best to put a chair in the room, without getting confused & upset.
I think you may be under duresk stress & have had to deal with many issues that were hard, regardless your mind is has probably doing you a favour & saying 'enough'
Really the only thing for this is days out.
You need to get away for a few days if it is possible. Perhaps to a motel room or book into hospital or your parents. If niether of these are possible, then tell the ones your with you are not feeling well & need to have some rest or you just simply won't be able to function for them at all.
I hope you can get this much needed rest for your mind to relax & you to find clarity again.
YOU ANSWERED YOUR OWN QUESTION OR YOUR EXCUSE IF YOUR PARENT SCREWED UP THE SEE A THERAPIST IF NOT GET YOUR SELF TOGETHER AND BE A BIG GIRL DECISIONS AND CHOICES ARE NOT THAT DIFFICULT TO MAKE AND IF YOU MAKE A MISTAKE SO WHAT FIX IT THE BEST YOU CAN LIFE IS BASICALLY SIMPLE ONLY HARD IF YOU ALLOW IT GET WHAT I AM SAYING GROW UP AND QWN UP TO YOUR OWN ****
I think you can get help from a councellor if you are a student. If you are a grown up you can consult a psychiatist. Indecisiveness here may evolve from low self esteem emerged as you think or this may be a feature of obsessive compulsive or other anxiety disorder. This is the rationale behind consulting a councellor or psychiatrist. The people around you can help you by appreciating the little performances you can show/acheive and to build up confidences in you. Wishing you a good come over with this problem this is Dr Giasuddin, Psychiatrist
There is a book by Ron Hubbard called ethics and conditions. This has formulas to change conditions in life.
