I would like to know about psychiatry benefits, for visits with a psychiatrist named Dr Patricia Kau

Dr. Kaufmann, Chestnut Hill , Ma, what exactly are the outpatient benefits for mental health visits and co-pays, if she is out of network, what are the dectubiles involved etc.

what you see is what you get idk her but go for a visit if you don't like her than don't go back. most psychiatrists can help you if you want to be helped but some are just wackjobs themselves trying to minipulate their life/past upon you. well gl with everything.

Psychiatry is not the same as Psychology; Psychology studies the cognitive and subconscious mental processes of man. Psychology doesn鈥檛 care about brain structure or physiology. Psychology use therapies based on these studies to improve mans cognitive processes.

Psychiatry treats mental conditions where aetiology and physiology are both unknown and unproven whereas Neurology treats actual brain conditions and whereas Psychology treats the cognitive processes of man. In other words Psychiatry treats theoretical diseases with theoretical treatments.
