I want to stop being so moody with everyone
for some reason latley i keep snapping at everyone i dont mean and dont know why im doing it i just feel on a bit of a low latley and quite emotional what can i do to give myself a boost?
are there foods/drinks you can have to make you feel better? please help i dont want to upset anyone anymore?
Answer:It is just a bad habit you have developed, like picking your nose, farting or sniffleing. You need to consciously try to break the habit. It isn;t done with medicine or therapy necessarily... Do it by wearing a smile.
Practice in front of the mirror to smile. It's easy and you need to try to remember. SMile even when you don;t feel like it. People will treat you different.
If you have a close friend, have them help you. When you get moody, get them to give you a sign to smile.
It is hard to be moody when you smile.
Are you sure you are not pregnant?
I got realy moody the first few months of both my pregnancies
Stay away from sugar products and see if that helps..... too much sugar can be a bummer.

Lots of water, fresh air and light and sleep - less caffine and booze helps me when I'm in that mood.
I also did something called the Landmark Forum, and while it may not be suitable for everyone, it put a lot of things in perspective and I stopped snapping at people so much.
