also when run from my room i'll get to my hallway b4 i realize what im doing..my doc has me on xanax and ambian CR to help it but they dont..i am getting terrified to sleep at night

Answer:

I presume that your family physician has prescribed the sleep medication. Let him know that the medications are not controlling the problem and request that you be evaluated in a sleep clinic by polysomnography. A neurologist will evaluate your condition and prescribe medication to control your condition. You may be referred to a neuropsychiatrist who specializes in determining medications for neuologic problems.

Night Terrors. Go to the right doctor, therapist, counsellor, psychologist etc till you find help that actually helps you. If they do not work even after a while with your docs supervision, then you have to try something else. Meditation classes can help as you can learn to meditate before sleeping. Good luck xox.

It sounds like night terrors to me (I'm not a doctor). I would look up information on night terrors and see what you think and then see a physician that specializes in that condition if you agree that that is what you are having.

well honestly im not a pro, but I think you have a intense case of Sleepwalking. At night when you dream your body does the same things. For example, a men dream he was going to the bathroom he is accualy going to the bathroom. Sometimes dreams do that. Some cases people walk that is common in Sleepwalking because walking is a dominat trait in dreams. Feel free to email me.... It can also be a Epielsy.
