What was the best time in your life??for me it was when i was 13..........8 years ago everything just seems to be going down hill .........am i bi poloar how do you know??

Answer:

no ur not bipolar maybe its just where u are at in your life right now. maybe u still need to establish some things and get stability in your life. things will probably come together and everything will eventually be fine. you'll start to feel better.

Are you asking if you are irrational? Maybe. But not Bipolar. Bipolar is just a label.
HEY!! We're all bipolar. Some ppl just feel sorry for themselves. UGH!!!!
Bi-polar? I doubt it.. just reminiscing on the past. I'm 18 and I'm loving life.. but then again, that's just me. Different people have different lives and different opinions. For some, the best time of their lives might have been similar.. for others, shoot, they could be in their 30's, 40's, 50's even and living it up. It all depends.
You might just be depressed. Bipolar disorder is a very serious mental disorder that requires help. It consists of depression and mania (though mixed episodes can happen).

You would need to see a doctor to find out if your bipolar, suffer from depression, etc. But also think about the things you've gone through in the past 8years. Did something bad and/or sad happen to you or someone close to you? Did you make bad choices? Sometimes people are traumatized by some things that happen in their life.( It doesn't have to be tragic to affect us hard). Sometimes when we are overwhelmed with responsibilities and if we feel we haven't accomplished everything we seem to get "down" on ourselves. It won't hurt to seek a doctor's advice. What can help is if you write down your feelings in a journal. Maybe by writing it down it can help you in a "visual" manner. Either way, the important thing is for you to feel better.Good luck.
You are still so very young. We all go through ups and downs in life so it's hard to say at what age things are the best. I DO think things get nothing but better from about 25 on. Anyone who thinks the teenage years and young adulthood is easy - obviously has a very selective memory. You are under a lot of stress with school and or career demands - not to mention relationship stresses as you feel your way toward marriage etc. Add to this a basic lack of life experience and maturity and it doesn't make for an easy time of life. Hang in there. Find someone to talk to - even if it isn't a professional. Do you have a trusted older neighbor, friend, or relative you can vent to? Do make an appointment with a physician to rule out clinical depression or other disorders. Mild medications might be in order to help you through this time. Please remember that life has a lot to offer. I suspect your best times are still ahead of you.
