I think I sleep a little TOO much
When I don't have anything going on, (weekend, no school..etc) I sleep wayy too much. I usually fall asleep around 12 or 1 in the morning, and wake up around 3, 4, or even 5 in the afternoon. That's 15-17 hours! And that's how many hours it takes for me to feel good during the day. They say 8 hours is normal, but 8 hours for me is hell to wake up to. I don't feel refreshed in the morning, and I spend the whole day at school waiting to get home and take a long nap. I'm not lazy or anything, I play 2 sports and I often go to the gym. Could there be something wrong with me? Is hypersomnia a disease/condition?
